Solutions

Transforming insoluble actives into stable, scalable nanoparticles across pharma, nutra, and cosmetics. Experience cleaner, simpler, and more effective formulation with FAST Technology.

How We Work

  • Confidential technical exchange (CDA) to share CMC, stability, and safety packets.
  • Feasibility formulations to convert your insoluble actives into FAST nanoparticles for proof-of-concept.
  • Data package with DLS/PDI/ζ, appearance and color (ΔE), and matrix-compatibility checks at 0 h/24 h using preset acceptance criteria.

What You Get

  • Clean Processing: We use only GRAS-status materials to process compounds, keeping compositions simple and label-friendly.

  • Stable, scalable dispersions suited to oral, nasal/dermal, beverage/shot, gel, or rinse formats.
  • A clear path to optimization and scale options aligned to your regulatory plan.

01

Pharmaceuticals

Unlock challenging BCS II/IV actives with a self-assembling, additive-light approach. FAST forms stable, uniform nanoparticles without carriers or surfactants—reducing formulation complexity while preserving high active content.

Processing Inputs

We use GRAS-status materials during processing; for drug products, we align excipient choices with your regulatory plan (e.g., compendial/IID-listed excipients as appropriate).

Where FAST Fits

Oral

Azoles, statins, fibrates, and CNS actives with low aqueous solubility.

Oncology / Topical / Transdermal

Taxanes & hydrophobic steroids where surfactant burdens or solvent steps are undesirable.

Representative Targets (Non-Exhaustive)

Paclitaxel, docetaxel, itraconazole, fenofibrate, carbamazepine, nifedipine, hydrophobic steroids.

Partnering Path

Begin with a CDA and feasibility batches using our standard CQAs (Z-avg, PDI, ζ).

Regulatory Note

GRAS is a food/use-based concept; pharmaceutical excipients are selected to comply with drug-use requirements in each jurisdiction.

02

Nutraceuticals

A perfect fit for clean-label supplements. FAST uses only GRAS-status materials in processing, producing elegant dispersions of lipophilic actives (e.g., curcumin, resveratrol, quercetin, CoQ10, EC16) for shots, beverages, gummies, or capsules—without polymer/lipid carriers, surfactants, metals, or stabilizers.

What You Get

Consistent handling, high payloads, and straightforward ingredient decks for consumer-friendly products.

Optional Capabilities

Hybrid nanoparticles (two or more nutraceuticals) designed for complementary mechanisms or organ targets.

03

Cosmetics

Help actives cross the skin barrier—without formulation clutter. We use GRAS-status materials to process compounds into uniform nanoparticles suitable for topical systems, while keeping INCI lists simple (no polymer/lipid carriers, surfactants, metals, stabilizers).

Use Cases

Retinol/retinoids (per regulatory status), CoQ10, azelaic acid, salicylic acid, EC16 for creams, serums, and rinses.

Labeling Note

GRAS pertains to processing inputs under U.S. criteria; cosmetic compliance and INCI selection remain product- and market-specific.
